absulutely.... if the buyer will be having a problem in the near future, whether its financially or Developers fault... it better not to push the sale... i always put them in my shoes, what if i am the buyer? the same errors... i want them to be happy to what they buy or invest... this is called ETHICS...

Yes, without a doubt and I have done so in the past, as my reputation is my livelihood, why would I jeopardize it. Client Protection is a part of our Code of Ethics too.

Yes. You don't look at only the profit of the developer and the commssion of the salesperson but also what would benefit and secure the client as well. Reputation retains and builds up more credibility of the representative. " Word of Mouth" is powerful in sales. Good intentions, good karma.
