I am the Sole Owner/Proprietor and a Licensed Real Estate Broker, number 19377® - 08. I am a very active Realtor® and member of both the Pasay-Makati Realtors Board (PMRB) and the Philippine Association of Realtor Boards (PAREB) which is a member of The National Association of Realtors (NAR) in the U.S.
Our many clients so far have included local Filipino's and Foreigners of all nationalities, looking to either Buy, Sell or Lease Real Estate Properties here in the Philippines. Marsh Real Estate Agency® has acquired a distinctive reputation for client satisfaction due to our constant personal attention to our customers’ needs and budget.
I have also been constantly motivated by my husband, Doug Marsh, a retired U.S. Marine and an Electrical Engineer who is also the Director of our new International Property Management Branch for Balikbayan's and OFW's for the agency (see our web site). Together, we have developed a comprehensive Business Plan and Marketing Plan to put Marsh Real Estate Agency® on the “Road to Success”.
The extensive areas covered by the agency include all 17 of the cities of Metro-Manila and the surrounding Provinces of Bulacan, Rizal and Cavite.
