The Sole Owner and Proprietor, Rossanna Nisperos-Marsh, is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, number 19377® - 08. Anna is a very active Realtor® and member of both the Pasay-Makati Realtors Board (PMRB) and the Philippine Association of Realtor Boards (PAREB).
Prior to receiving her Brokers License, Anna had over 10 years experience as an independent Real Estate Agent in the Makati area handling only rentals and leases of local homes, apartments and condominiums. During this time, her clients included many foreigners of all nationalities, looking for both short and long term rentals/leases. She has gained a reputation of client satisfaction due to her personal attention to the customers’ needs and their budget.
Because of this success and reputation, it inspired her to study for and pass the difficult exam for Real Estate Brokers License, so she could expand and start her own real estate agency. She was also motivated by her husband, Doug Marsh, an American Electrical Engineer and the prime investor in the agency. Together, they have put together a comprehensive Business Plan and Marketing Plan to put Marsh Real Estate Agency well on the “Road to Success”.
The extensive areas covered by the agency include all 17 of the cities in Metro-Manila and the Bulacan, Rizal and Cavite Provinces.
